When is the office open?

We are open Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm. We close on the weekends and bank holidays. We occasionally open in the evenings for Community Calendar events.

What internet speed can I expect?

The office has its own leased line providing 200MB

Can I change my membership?

We recognise that people’s needs change over time, so changing your membership type is not an issue. As we say, talk to us about your needs and we will do the best to help.

How many days a month can I visit?

We recognise that everyone has different needs and so we have developed membership plans to address those needs. Talk to us and we will recommend the plan that is best for you.

Do I need to book a space in advance?

If you decide you want a dedicated desk, the same desk every day, we can book that for you. But if you want to be flexible and book a desk when you need it then you do that via our easy to use App.

Can I use the car park?

We provide a free local car park pass as part of our Dedicated Desk membership. Discounted car park passes are available to purchase at £3/day for our Hot Desk and Day Pass members.

Can I keep using the same space every time?

Yes, if you’ve chosen our Dedicated Desk membership. We operate a ‘first come first served’ policy on the remainder of the desks. for our Hot Desk and Day Pass members.

What happens if I exceed my allocated days?

Any days that exceed your membership plan will be charged at the Standard Day Rate. If you need to increase your days longer term we can switch you to a more appropriate membership plan.

If I book a desk and do not use it, am I charged?

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before 24 hours of your booking you will not be charged. Late cancellations and no-shows will, we’re afraid, be charged.

What type of people use the coworking space?

Our community is made up of entrepreneurs, startups and small to medium sized businesses, typically in the digital and technology industries, bringing skills across marketing, data, technology and finance.

What’s your most affordable option?

If all depends on your needs, of course! We have flexible options to suit all. But if you want to give coworking a try, then we suggest the Day Pass to start with.

Can I roll any unused days into the next month?

Sadly no. If days are unused then we’re afraid you lose them. If that happens regularly then talk to us and we can adjust your membership plan to one that suits you better.

I only use the Day Pass, why should I register?

All Members, even Day Pass users, need to register and create an account as this will allow you to use the Great2Work App to book a desk and access the office.

What happens if I need to work later than 5:30pm?

We have staff onsite every day from 8:30-5:30 here to help, as well as being a designated First Aider and Fire Marshall. However, the office is open from 7:30am to 7:30 pm.*
